Inclusion's human-centered approach is to collect experiential information from the full spectrum of users to develop design solutions that provide a quality experience for the widest range of people. Current projects include information design, user experience, wayfinding, community planning, new and renovated private residential properties, improved access to public facilities and accessible design for the travel industry.

Recognition of one's social responsibility and one's ability to affect public issues is intrinsic to understanding one's role in a democratic society and key to addressing the most pressing questions that face us -- locally, nationally, and internationally.
